His strategic leadership has played an important role in shaping Sydney Business & Technology Group into a diversified organisation with interests across e-commerce, agricultural technology, fintech, cloud computing, cybersecurity, travel, fashion, construction and real estate.
Before serving as Chairman, Mr Chowdhury held important responsibilities within Fortune 500 business environments, where he contributed to transformation initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, technology development and strategic expansion.

Monir Chowdhury, MAICD is an experienced company director registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
With more than fourteen years of experience, he has developed a strong professional background in accounting, finance, asset management and business analysis within Fortune 500 and fintech environments.
He holds a Master of Professional Accounting from Macquarie University and maintains affiliations with professional organisations including the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Business NSW, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and CPA Australia.
